have changed. The TABC clerk said that the forms could
change the first of October, start of TABC

It will take you about 30 minutes to get the
Permits run on computer. You will also receive two signs
to post at the entrance. One permit should be
posted where the wine/beer is sold and one each where the wine
silent auction is.

gotten from the TABC web site http://www.tabc.state.tx.us/
and filled in via
the computer.
NOTE: The second page must be
signed and notarized.
- 3rd page is the
approval form for
temporary the permit which must be
filled out as follows:
- Landlord approves the upper half
of the form. Get signature at the Commission Office across
from th Pavilion.
- Phil Sandlin, Chief Deputy at Clear Lake County
Courthouse signs the bottom half of the form. He is a
Rotarian.
- 4th page is the IRS
income tax exemption
- 5th and 6th
pages are the Pavilion layout noting the location of
the alcohol and the genrearl Layout of the Park
- Next 4 pages is a copy of

of Formation for the Club
- Need a Cashiers Check
made out to Comptroller of Public Accounts; no
personal check, cash or credit cards allowed.
NOTE:
